Master Alloy is the additive that is mainly used to produce titanium alloy, high-temperature alloy and other special alloys. Our master alloy series are a special tape master alloy development and production unit. There is only few in domestic. It has developed master alloy from duality to pentabasic, 30 kinds’ products. Among them aluminum vanadium, aluminum-molybdenum, aluminum-niobium, aluminum- molybdenum-silicon, aluminum-tungsten-titanium alloy have got “high and new technology products” certificate by Dandong city Science and Technology Bureau. The specification is 0.25-0.5mm.. We can develop and produce special master alloys according to the request of clients.

 

Our products are as follows:

1. Duality master alloy: vanadium–aluminum alloy, molybdenum- aluminum alloy, niobium-–aluminum alloy, etc.

2. Unit triplet: aluminum- molybdenum-silicon alloy, aluminum-niobium-tantalum alloy, etc.

3.Quaternionic master alloy: aluminum-tungsten-molybdenum–titanium alloy, aluminum-vanadium-molybdenum-Ferro alloy, aluminum-vanadium-stannum-chromium alloy, etc.

4. Pentabasic master alloy: aluminum-molybdenum- chromium-iron- silicon alloy, etc.
